You can view your current and past invoices at any time within the application by navigating to the Invoices section of your Account.
Ensure that your billing communications are sent to the correct email address (which is not necessarily the same email as your general contact information)!
Step 1 - Go to Account Settings Section
After logging in to your Account, click on the Profile icon in the top right of your screen and select Account Settings.
Step 2 - Select Billing Details & Invoices
In the left menu, click Billing Details & Invoices under Account in the left menu.
Step 3 - View Invoices
You will now be presented with your Invoices. From here you can view and modify your payment method, view your account balance (including any outstanding payments), and view your invoice history and details.
