Please ensure that your credit card information is always up-to-date in order to avoid payment errors and potential service disruptions.
Step 1 - Go to Account Settings
After logging in to your Account, click on the Profile icon in the top right of your screen and select Account Settings.
Step 2 - Billing Details & Invoices
Under Account in the left menu, click Billing Details & Invoices. Once there, click the 'Make Changes' button beside 'Credit Card'.
Step 3 - Update Your Credit Card Information
A new window will open up for you to update your credit card and billing information. Please ensure that all information is accurate.
If your information is entered incorrectly, an error message will be displayed and you'll have a chance to try again.
