I Forgot My Username/Password

It's easy to reset your username and password if you ever misplace this information, or have forgotten what your details are.

Simply follow these instructions:

Click on the "forgot password" link below the login fields. You will then be prompted to provide your email address.

Click 'submit' after entering your info, and an email will be sent to you that contains a link you can follow to update your password securely.

NOTE:  Once you click on forgot password and  the email is on its way, your old password will no longer work.  You must follow the password reset link and create a new password in order to log in.   Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email in your regular Inbox!


If the reset password email doesn't show up in your Inbox, or if you do not remember the email address associated with the account, please contact us: support@uberflip.com.
