End users accessing Hubs and Flipbooks were not able to see any fields when engaging with Form CTAs across all Marketing Automation Integration services.
Also, backend Uberflip Application users were not able to see any Form Field labels when managing CTAs and form fields.
Still looking into precise timelines but the problem seems to have started sometime after March 17, 2017 10:30am ET and the problem was resolved around 1:01pm ET
Resolution and recovery efforts
At 1:01pm ET, the engineering team restored a backup from March 16, 2017, prior to a production update that added a function to remove the requirement for the Eloqua GUID field.
We're still working to recover all new data added between that backup date and this morning.
Engineering team is still working on a full root cause analysis and more detail will be provided here when available.
