From about 12:20pm to about 12:28pm on July 16, 2015 we experienced an outage for users accessing the Application and Flipbooks and Hubs front-ends.
What was the Impact?
Users received a variety of error responses when accessing their Uberflip Account, and front-end Hubs and Flipbooks during the outage period.
Why did it Happen?
A configuration error was made during an Application update. We quickly discovered the error and responded with a fix in under 10 minutes. We apologize to everyone for any inconvenience!
