When creating a Form CTA, you will be directed to the service configuration portion of the CTA (first tab). To start, click on the Oracle Eloqua icon to create your Oracle Eloqua synced Form CTA.
Oracle Eloqua’s Form CTA configuration is optional but can be very powerful.
Oracle Eloqua’s CTA configuration option asks you to Enter an Oracle Eloqua Form ID or 'Pick a Form ID' from a dropdown menu of your existing Oracle Eloqua forms. This will link the Form CTA to a form that has been created in your Oracle Eloqua account.
By choosing an existing Oracle Eloqua form, we are able to import all the predefined fields associated with that form into Uberflip. Once a user fills out the Oracle Eloqua Form CTA from your Hub, it will be as if they have filled out thel Oracle Eloqua Form.
Please note: Your Form must contain the ‘GUID’ contact field, which you must create yourself inside of Oracle Eloqua as a text type of field. Once created you must add the GUID contact field to your form. See the ‘How to Set-Up GUID Fields’ for more detail.
You also must ensure that the Form > Processsing > Update Contacts - With Form Data has ‘Email Address’ set as the field that uniquely identifies a contact. See this article for more information on those steps
Finding 'Form ID' in Oracle Eloqua
You can find a Form ID in Eloqua by managing that form and checking the URL in your browser's address bar. The parameter of 'id=####' should be present where '####' will be the ID number you can enter when creating your Form CTA in Uberflip.
