All of your converted PDFs become Flipbooks which are accessible via a link or URL. There are some statuses which will make that link inaccessible by the public whether it be because you have it set to go live at a future date automatically (Future Pub), or you have disabled the pub, or if you have security (Subscription/Remote Authentication) turned on.
When your Flipbook is inaccessible by the public, you as an account holder still need to access it to review the results of your Upload OR to avoid having to login as a subscriber/authorized viewer. This is done via "Preview" links in various areas of the Application which can be accessed by logged in users only.
Flipbook Settings > Status > 'Preview' Link
- Click on a Flipbook thumbnail in your Flipbooks screen to bring up the Flipbook settings and options popup
- For Future Pub and Disabled Flipbooks, you will see a "Preview" link which will load up your Flipbook in a new window
Page Editor > Preview Eye Button
You can quickly see your enhancements on a Flipbook with a Future Publish Date, Disabled Status, OR security protection by clicking on the Preview Eye Button in the bottom right of the Page Editor screen. The Flipbook will load to the page you were working on in the Page Editor.
Page Replace > Preview Eye Button
When you are replacing pages, you'll want to get a quick preview of what your replaced page looks like. Click on the Preview Eye Button in the bottom right of the Page Replace screen to have your Flipbook load up the new replaced page even if it has a Future Pub/Disabled status OR if it is protected by Security settings.
NOTE: If you try to access the Flipbook before the replacement has been fully processed you will receive a "Flipbook not Found" message.
Edit Folder/Flipbooks > Preview Eye Button
From within the Edit Folder screen, you can access the Latest Issue or Folder link from the Preview Eye button in the bottom right of screen. Whether your latest Flipbook is a Future Pub, Disabled Status or Security protected, it will load up in a new window.
