Progressive Profiling with Form CTAs

Progressive Profiling is a feature that (with the right pack type) can be used to limit the number of fields that a user will be asked to fill out in a Form CTA.

When enabled, a Form CTA will only show the requested number of fields at a given time or during any given session. 

Once a user fills out those fields, the CTA will then show the next set of fields when a user sees the CTA again, perhaps when filling out the CTA for a different piece of content.  

This will continue until the user has filled out every available field, at which time the user will no longer see that Form CTA. 

But please note, Progressive Profiling is only available on certain pack types! If you're on an Exclusive, Elite or Enterprise pack, you're good to go. If you're not sure, contact us.

This is a great way to ensure a user is not overloaded on any given visit to your Hub. As studies have shown, fewer form fields can lead to higher conversion rates! 

The fields that will be shown are based on the order of the form fields you've configured for your Form CTA.  In the example below, despite the fact that there are 4 form fields listed...

Only 3 fields will be shown to the user on their first visit! As per the above example, if a user was to fill out these 3 fields on the first visit, they would only see the form field for "Company" on their second visit.
