How to Change Your Hub's Team Lead

Changing your Hub's Team Lead (or Account Owner) can be done by updating the Profile Details on the current Team Lead's Account Settings Page.

As long as you have the login information for your account's current Team Lead, this can be done in five easy steps.

Step 1  - Login to Your Team Lead's Account

Log in to the Team Lead's Uberflip account. If you don't have access to the Team Lead's account, please contact success@uberflip.com for help.

Step 2 -  Account Settings

Click the username in the top left hand corner (or hover over the username and click 'Account Settings').

Step 3 - Access Profile Details

Click on the 'EDIT' button beside 'PROFILE DETAILS' at the top of your screen.

Step 4 - Edit Profile Details

Update the First Name, Last Name, and Email fields for the new Team Lead (Note: if you use an email address that's already attached to another Uberflip account, the system will give you an error message. If you see an error message, please use a different email address or contact us for help).

Step 5 - Save Your Changes

Hit 'Save Changes' at the bottom of the page and you're done!
