Setting Up Form CTAs with Pardot

When creating a Form CTA, you will be directed to the service configuration portion of the CTA (first tab). To start, click on the Pardot icon to create your Pardot-linked Form CTA.

Chances are you've already created the 6 new custom fields required to track your Prospects' behavior in your Hub when you first integrated your account. If you haven't here's how you do it.

Once you've done that, Pardot has 2 Form CTA configuration options that can be set in the first stage of the Form CTA setup process. The below options are outlined in the screenshot at the end of this article.

Option 1 - Select a Pardot List

When you integrate your Pardot account with your Hub, all of the existing Lists in your Pardot account will be listed in the drop down menu.  

If selecting a List, once a user fills out the Form CTA in question they will be automatically added to this Pardot List.  

Option 2 - Do Not Select a Pardot List 

If you don’t choose a List to integrate with, all leads will flow into your main Prospects list.
